A desvantagem da instrumenta\u00e7\u00e3o usada anteriormente era (a) os riscos de seguran\u00e7a para os funcion\u00e1rios, relacionados \u00e0 sua exposi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 radia\u00e7\u00e3o; (b) os altos custos operacionais e de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o associados ao uso de fonte nuclear (is\u00f3topo) que exige manuseio especial; (c) a tecnologia s\u00f3 podia medir uma concentra\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 16; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 16;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"20.8px\">Desafios<\/h6>\n<p>- Reduzir as necessidades de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\n- Ocupar menos espa\u00e7o<br \/>\n- Eliminar a radia\u00e7\u00e3o do ch\u00e3o de f\u00e1brica<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 16; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 16;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"20.8px\">Nossa solu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h6>\n<p>O analisador CCM 9580 da Rhosonics \u00e9 a solu\u00e7\u00e3o perfeita para essa tarefa. O analisador usa dois sensores (ultrass\u00f4nico e de condutividade) para medir com precis\u00e3o as concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de cobre dissolvido e \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico (H2SO4 e Cu++) em tempo real. O CCM da Rhosonics ajuda o cliente a manter as concentra\u00e7\u00f5es desejadas e a atender aos padr\u00f5es de qualidade para uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente de folhas de cobre.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 16; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 16;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"20.8px\">Aplicativo<\/h6>\n<p>O processo come\u00e7a com tanques de dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o onde o cobre reciclado \u00e9 limpo e adicionado em diferentes tanques\/linhas de processo. A pr\u00f3xima etapa \u00e9 atingir a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o correta de cobre, onde ele ser\u00e1 dissolvido pelo \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico. Quando as concentra\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o atingidas, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o (Cu++&amp;H2SO4) \u00e9 bombeada para as m\u00e1quinas de ED e a folha de cobre \u00e9 produzida.
