O ciclone est\u00e1 controlando a efici\u00eancia do moinho. Em geral, os ciclones operam em condi\u00e7\u00f5es muito dif\u00edceis. Eles recebem uma grande quantidade de material e n\u00e3o s\u00e3o capazes de observar part\u00edculas individuais. Um grande volume de part\u00edculas est\u00e1 entrando continuamente no ciclone. Basicamente, se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o estiver fazendo o ajuste fino ou ajustando as vari\u00e1veis do processo, os custos ser\u00e3o mais altos. Ajustar a densidade da polpa significa que voc\u00ea produzir\u00e1 o que tiver que produzir com esse custo m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 20;\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"26px\">P: Ent\u00e3o, a maior quantidade de part\u00edculas com o menor consumo de energia?<\/h5>\n<p>R: Pode-se dizer que algumas vari\u00e1veis s\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3rias no local de minera\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 importante obter o rendimento m\u00e1ximo e n\u00e3o cortar esse rendimento, a menos que haja algum problema no circuito ou necessidade de ajustes. A segunda vari\u00e1vel importante \u00e9 o tamanho da part\u00edcula. Entretanto, essas duas vari\u00e1veis s\u00e3o praticamente definidas como um determinado valor-alvo. Os locais de minera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o controlando o processo para manter esses valores-alvo, como o tamanho da part\u00edcula.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 20;\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"26px\">P: Qual \u00e9 a efic\u00e1cia dessas estrat\u00e9gias de controle de processo para manter o circuito em funcionamento?<\/h5>\n<p>R: Os locais de minera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00eam muitos problemas com ajustes de \u00e1gua e cargas circulantes nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es do circuito de moagem. Quando eles come\u00e7am a operar uma bomba, isso significa que a densidade da polpa ser\u00e1 afetada. Se a \u00e1gua for limitada, \u00e0s vezes n\u00e3o h\u00e1 \u00e1gua dispon\u00edvel, ent\u00e3o esses eventos tamb\u00e9m afetar\u00e3o a densidade da polpa.
