href=\"https:\/\/staging.rhosonics.com\/pt-br\/copper-foil\/\"><u>folha de cobre<\/u><\/a> O processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de cobre envolve a dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o de cobre de alta qualidade (reciclado) em \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico (H2S04)(1). A solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 ent\u00e3o bombeada atrav\u00e9s de filtros para produzir a solu\u00e7\u00e3o eletrol\u00edtica de cobre desejada e remover as impurezas. O est\u00e1gio final \u00e9 um tanque de armazenamento, onde a solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 mantida antes de ser alimentada no processo de revestimento real para criar a folha de cobre(2).<\/p>\n<p>Uma medida essencial no processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de folhas de cobre \u00e9 o monitoramento de ambas as concentra\u00e7\u00f5es (Cu + H2SO4) em um desvio recirculado na lateral do tanque de armazenamento. Quando a solu\u00e7\u00e3o atende a todos os padr\u00f5es qu\u00edmicos e de qualidade, ela \u00e9 bombeada para grandes tanques de galvaniza\u00e7\u00e3o que cont\u00eam tambores de tit\u00e2nio parcialmente imersos para criar uma pel\u00edcula fina de cobre muito puro. Esses tanques tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o conhecidos como m\u00e1quinas de galvanoplastia (ED)(3).<\/p>\n<h5><strong>O medidor de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica Rhosonics CCM 9580<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>O analisador Rhosonics modelo CCM 9580 monitora com precis\u00e3o a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de cobre dissolvido e \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico (H2SO4 e Cu++).
