As duas sa\u00eddas, underflow e overflow, nem sempre s\u00e3o priorizadas ao mesmo tempo.<\/p>\n<p>Em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de rejeitos em que a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria, o underflow ser\u00e1 o alvo. Mas em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de concentrado, a medi\u00e7\u00e3o do transbordamento \u00e9 essencial. Caso contr\u00e1rio, o material importante seria devolvido ao concentrador e perderia a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h6>Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o mineral<\/h6>\n<p>A recupera\u00e7\u00e3o mineral \u00e9 feita usando os chamados espessadores de produto. Os espessadores s\u00e3o muito importantes para a planta de processamento, porque se o material alimentado no espessador n\u00e3o estiver saindo do seu fluxo inferior, isso levar\u00e1 a uma menor recupera\u00e7\u00e3o geral do metal.<\/p>\n<p>Primeiro, explicaremos como funcionam os espessadores de produtos, neste caso os espessadores de concentrado, e, em seguida, destacaremos as vantagens da medi\u00e7\u00e3o de densidade para o controle do processo.<\/p>\n<h6>Espessantes de concentrado<\/h6>\n<p>Nos espessadores de concentrado, a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o geralmente vem do circuito de flota\u00e7\u00e3o. Esse evento tamb\u00e9m pode gerar custos extras com reagentes, danos a bombas e v\u00e1lvulas e custos de limpeza de tanques de \u00e1gua de processo onde os s\u00f3lidos podem acabar se depositando.<\/p>\n<p>Os floculantes s\u00e3o produtos qu\u00edmicos que fazem com que as part\u00edculas finas se aglomerem em um floco. Esses flocos de part\u00edculas pesam mais do que uma part\u00edcula fina em si, portanto, o efeito das for\u00e7as gravitacionais \u00e9 aumentado, assim como a taxa de sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O uso ineficiente de floculantes leva a custos extras de reagentes e a uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o menos eficaz. Portanto, o operador define uma densidade-alvo na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do espessador. Os operadores de processo desejam atingir a maior porcentagem de s\u00f3lidos por peso da pasta de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, na qual pode ocorrer o assentamento livre de part\u00edculas no espessador.<\/p>\n<h6>Por que a medi\u00e7\u00e3o da densidade \u00e9 importante<\/h6>\n<p>A medi\u00e7\u00e3o da densidade da pasta de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o no espessador \u00e9 importante para o controle do processo, para melhorar o uso do floculante e o controle eficiente do processo de mistura. A polpa de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 monitorada em tempo real por um sistema em linha <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.rhosonics.com\/pt-br\/models\/sdm-slurry-density-meter\/\">medidor de densidade<\/a> para \"ver\" se o valor da densidade est\u00e1 em conformidade com a densidade-alvo.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.rhosonics.com\/pt-br\/products\/slurry-density-meter\/\"><u>Medidor de densidade de polpa (SDM)<\/u><\/a> pode ser usado em muitas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es para medir a densidade de uma pasta. Uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00edpica para o setor de minera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um espessador. A sedimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 usada para produzir duas fases ao engrossar o fluxo de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de entrada.
