int\u00e9gr\u00e9 l'analyse des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s chimiques par la mesure de la conductivit\u00e9 et la technologie de la spectroscopie isotopique \u00e0 rayons X. Les inconv\u00e9nients de l'instrumentation utilis\u00e9e auparavant \u00e9taient (a) les risques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les employ\u00e9s, li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur exposition aux radiations ; (b) les co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s de maintenance et d'exploitation li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'utilisation d'une source nucl\u00e9aire (isotope) qui n\u00e9cessite une manipulation sp\u00e9ciale ; (c) la technologie ne pouvait mesurer qu'une seule concentration de produit chimique.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 16; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 16;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"20.8px\">D\u00e9fis<\/h6>\n<p>- R\u00e9duire les besoins de maintenance<br \/>\n- Moins d'espace<br \/>\n- \u00c9liminer les rayonnements de l'atelier<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 16; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 16;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"20.8px\">Notre solution<\/h6>\n<p>L'analyseur CCM 9580 de Rhosonics est la solution parfaite pour cette t\u00e2che. L'analyseur utilise deux capteurs (ultrasons et conductivit\u00e9) pour mesurer avec pr\u00e9cision les concentrations de cuivre dissous et d'acide sulfurique (H2SO4 et Cu++) en temps r\u00e9el. Le CCM de Rhosonics aide le client \u00e0 maintenir les concentrations souhait\u00e9es et \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux normes de qualit\u00e9 pour une production efficace de feuilles de cuivre.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 16; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 16;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"20.8px\">Application<\/h6>\n<p>Le processus commence par des cuves de dissolution o\u00f9 le cuivre recycl\u00e9 est nettoy\u00e9 et ajout\u00e9 dans diff\u00e9rentes cuves \/ lignes de traitement. L'\u00e9tape suivante consiste \u00e0 obtenir la bonne concentration de cuivre, qui sera ensuite dissoute par l'acide sulfurique. Lorsque les concentrations sont atteintes, la solution (Cu++&amp;H2SO4) est pomp\u00e9e vers les machines ED et la feuille de cuivre est produite. Une fois la feuille de cuivre produite \u00e0 la bonne \u00e9paisseur, elle est trait\u00e9e avec diff\u00e9rents rev\u00eatements en fonction de la finition sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e ou requise.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 16; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 16;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"20.8px\">R\u00e9sultats<\/h6>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le succ\u00e8s du CCM 9580, le client est satisfait et pr\u00e9voit non seulement de continuer \u00e0 utiliser cette technologie sur le site existant, mais aussi de la mettre en \u0153uvre sur ses nouveaux sites de production de feuilles de cuivre. Voici ce qu'il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>- La technologie CCM de Rhosonics a permis de mesurer deux produits chimiques en m\u00eame temps. Alors que d'autres fournisseurs ne proposent qu'une seule technologie, comme la conductivit\u00e9 ou le r\u00e9fractom\u00e8tre, pour mesurer un seul produit chimique.<br \/>\n- Selon le client, les performances du produit \u00e9taient bonnes.
