Ils ont conclu des accords avec l'Agence internationale de l'\u00e9nergie atomique (AIEA). Il s'agit du centre mondial de coop\u00e9ration dans le domaine nucl\u00e9aire. Non seulement les gouvernements, mais aussi de plus en plus d'entreprises prennent leurs responsabilit\u00e9s en mettant en \u0153uvre de nouvelles politiques \"vertes\", plus soucieuses de l'environnement et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des conditions de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Les cinq th\u00e8mes suivants mettent en \u00e9vidence les r\u00e9glementations courantes et les questions connexes.<\/p>\n<h6><b>1. Licences et demandes<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>Dans la plupart des pays, les entreprises doivent obtenir une licence pour utiliser des sources nucl\u00e9aires. Les autorit\u00e9s locales ou les agences nucl\u00e9aires sont charg\u00e9es de publier et de tenir \u00e0 jour une liste des d\u00e9tenteurs de licences, comprenant des informations sur l'entreprise, le site, le nombre de sources enregistr\u00e9es et la date d'expiration de la licence. R\u00e8gles d'\u00e9limination<\/h6>\n<p>Que vais-je faire de l'ancienne source ? Dans la plupart des pays, des entreprises proposent des services d'\u00e9limination. En outre, la plupart des pays, sinon tous, dot\u00e9s de capacit\u00e9s nucl\u00e9aires ont sign\u00e9 des trait\u00e9s qui stipulent notamment que s'ils fabriquent des mati\u00e8res radioactives (RAM), ils doivent \u00e9galement assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 de leur \u00e9limination. Cela signifie que les sources radioactives doivent \u00eatre renvoy\u00e9es dans le pays d'origine.<\/p>\n<p>Ce r\u00e8glement contribue \u00e0 mettre un terme \u00e0 la mise en d\u00e9charge de mati\u00e8res radioactives et signifie que le fabricant de RAM doit \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 se voir renvoyer les mati\u00e8res radioactives pour qu'elles soient \u00e9limin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le transport peut \u00eatre un probl\u00e8me si le fabricant d'origine est situ\u00e9 dans un autre pays.<\/p>\n<h6>3. Co\u00fbts d'\u00e9limination des sources<\/h6>\n<p>Seules les entreprises agr\u00e9\u00e9es peuvent aider \u00e0 l'\u00e9limination de la source. Certains titulaires de licence ne savent pas o\u00f9 s'adresser pour l'\u00e9limination de la source et doivent chercher une entreprise agr\u00e9\u00e9e ou une autorit\u00e9 responsable pour effectuer le travail. Cela peut entra\u00eener des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s, par exemple entre 2 000 et 7 000 US$ aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Et ce, uniquement s'il n'y a pas de co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 li\u00e9s au blindage de protection contre les rayonnements. L'entreprise v\u00e9rifiera d'abord l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 pour s'assurer qu'il n'y a pas de fuite de RAM.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9limination locale peut entra\u00eener des d\u00e9penses importantes, c'est pourquoi l'industrie recherche g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un fabricant local de RAM jouissant d'une bonne r\u00e9putation et capable d'\u00e9liminer les RAM qu'il fabrique.<\/p>\n<h6>4. R\u00e8gles d'inspection<\/h6>\n<p>Certains pays obligent les utilisateurs de sources de rayonnement \u00e0 faire appel \u00e0 des entreprises agr\u00e9\u00e9es pour inspecter p\u00e9riodiquement l'ext\u00e9rieur de la source \u00e0 la recherche de fuites de radioactivit\u00e9. Une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 agr\u00e9\u00e9e pr\u00e9l\u00e8ve des \u00e9chantillons sur l'\u00e9cran de protection contre les rayonnements et communique les r\u00e9sultats au client et aux autorit\u00e9s locales. Cette inspection est appel\u00e9e test d'essuyage ou test d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Tout d'abord, la surface de l'\u00e9cran de protection est recouverte et nettoy\u00e9e avec une solution d'\u00e9thanol, puis un coton-tige est utilis\u00e9 pour v\u00e9rifier la contamination de la surface (par exemple avec un isotope radioactif de cobalt 60). Les enregistrements sont examin\u00e9s et approuv\u00e9s par les inspecteurs et sont conserv\u00e9s pendant une certaine p\u00e9riode (par exemple, trois ans).<\/p>\n<h6>5. Certification des RSO<\/h6>\n<p>Les gouvernements, les agences ou les commissions sont responsables de l'organisation des cours pour les responsables de la radioprotection (RSO). Ces r\u00e9glementations font partie des lignes directrices et des accords de l'AIEA.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre form\u00e9s \u00e0 la manipulation des sources de rayonnement et aux proc\u00e9dures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le site.
