Le circuit de broyage est la partie la plus co\u00fbteuse du processus minier, car il consomme beaucoup d'\u00e9nergie, c'est un environnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9. Lorsque l'on travaille avec des valeurs de densit\u00e9 faibles, l'efficacit\u00e9 de ce circuit est affect\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 20;\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"26px\">Q : Quelle est la fonction du broyeur \u00e0 boulets et du cyclone ?<\/h5>\n<p>R : Le broyeur \u00e0 boulets effectue la r\u00e9duction de la taille des particules, c'est sa seule t\u00e2che. Le cyclone contr\u00f4le l'efficacit\u00e9 du broyeur. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les cyclones fonctionnent dans des conditions tr\u00e8s difficiles. Ils re\u00e7oivent beaucoup de mat\u00e9riaux et ne sont pas en mesure d'examiner les particules individuellement. Un volume important de particules entre continuellement dans le cyclone. Le cyclone doit donc d\u00e9cider rapidement si la particule a la bonne taille pour passer dans le trop-plein. Si elle n'est pas bonne, la particule retourne au broyeur. Cette partie du processus n\u00e9cessite une densit\u00e9 de p\u00e2te sp\u00e9cifique pour \u00eatre efficace. Les cyclones ont une efficacit\u00e9 maximale de 50%. Toute modification de la densit\u00e9 de la pulpe affectera l'efficacit\u00e9 du cyclone \u00e0 s\u00e9parer les particules en fonction de leur taille.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 20;\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"26px\">Q : Est-il important de contr\u00f4ler la taille des particules ?<\/h5>\n<p>R : Ce n'est pas quelque chose que l'on peut contr\u00f4ler, comme le r\u00e9glage d'un broyeur \u00e0 boulets. La plupart des mines ciblent une taille de particule et la contr\u00f4lent. Par exemple, vous fixez 150 microns et l'usine fonctionnera autour de 150 microns. La d\u00e9cision est bas\u00e9e sur le co\u00fbt de production de ce d\u00e9bit et de cette taille de particule. En fait, si vous n'ajustez pas finement les variables du processus, les co\u00fbts seront plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. La deuxi\u00e8me variable importante est la taille des particules. Toutefois, ces deux variables sont pratiquement fix\u00e9es \u00e0 une certaine valeur cible. Les sites miniers contr\u00f4lent le processus pour maintenir ces valeurs cibles, telles que la taille des particules.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 20;\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"26px\">Q : Quelle est l'efficacit\u00e9 de ces strat\u00e9gies de contr\u00f4le des processus pour maintenir le circuit en fonctionnement ?<\/h5>\n<p>R : Les sites miniers sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 de nombreux probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'ajustement de l'eau et aux charges circulantes dans les op\u00e9rations du circuit de broyage. Lorsqu'ils commencent \u00e0 faire fonctionner une pompe, cela signifie que la densit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te sera affect\u00e9e. Si l'eau est limit\u00e9e, il arrive qu'il n'y ait pas d'eau disponible, ce qui affecte \u00e9galement la densit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te. Par exemple, ils ont des particules d'une taille de deux ou trois pouces et ils doivent les r\u00e9duire \u00e0 150 microns. Si le broyeur est r\u00e9gl\u00e9 trop serr\u00e9, la consommation d'\u00e9nergie sera tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e et le rendement faible.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 20;\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"26px\">Q : O\u00f9 faut-il mesurer la densit\u00e9, dans la d\u00e9charge du broyeur \u00e0 boulets uniquement, ou \u00e9galement dans la charge circulante ?<\/h5>\n<p>R : Des donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el seront n\u00e9cessaires autour du cyclone, car il s'agit de la partie la plus instable du circuit de broyage. Le broyeur fonctionne avec la m\u00eame densit\u00e9 de p\u00e2te de temps en temps, quelques ajustements au cours de la journ\u00e9e suffisent. C'est le cyclone qui subit le plus de variations dans la densit\u00e9 de la pulpe. Je consid\u00e9rerais l'alimentation du cyclone comme le point de mesure le plus important.
