D'apr\u00e8s le <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/crccare.com\/case-studies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CRC Care 2013<\/a><\/span>Chaque ann\u00e9e, l'activit\u00e9 mini\u00e8re produit plus de 10 milliards de tonnes de r\u00e9sidus. <u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><u><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.rhosonics.com\/fr\/mineral-processing\/thickeners\/\">\u00c9paississants<\/a><\/u> peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l'eau, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et de retraitement de l'eau. \u00c0 terme, cela peut permettre de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 d'eau utilis\u00e9e par l'environnement.<\/p>\n<p>Cette exigence environnementale peut \u00eatre satisfaite par une augmentation de la densit\u00e9 de la sousverse des \u00e9paississeurs. Les deux sorties, le sous-d\u00e9bit et le trop-plein, ne sont pas souvent prioritaires en m\u00eame temps.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les applications de r\u00e9sidus o\u00f9 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l'eau est n\u00e9cessaire, c'est le d\u00e9bit inf\u00e9rieur qui est vis\u00e9. En revanche, dans les applications de concentration, la mesure du trop-plein est essentielle. Dans le cas contraire, les mat\u00e9riaux importants seraient renvoy\u00e9s dans le concentrateur, ce qui entra\u00eenerait une perte de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<h6>R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des min\u00e9raux<\/h6>\n<p>La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des min\u00e9raux s'effectue \u00e0 l'aide d'\u00e9paississeurs de produits. Les \u00e9paississeurs sont tr\u00e8s importants pour l'usine de traitement, car si le mat\u00e9riau introduit dans l'\u00e9paississeur n'est pas \u00e9vacu\u00e9 par la sousverse, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration globale des m\u00e9taux est moindre.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d'abord, nous expliquerons le fonctionnement des \u00e9paississeurs de produits, en l'occurrence des \u00e9paississeurs de concentr\u00e9s, puis nous soulignerons les avantages de la mesure de la densit\u00e9 pour le contr\u00f4le du processus.<\/p>\n<h6>\u00c9paississeurs de concentr\u00e9s<\/h6>\n<p>Dans les \u00e9paississeurs de concentr\u00e9s, l'alimentation provient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du circuit de flottation. Le concept du processus de flottation est que les particules d\u00e9sir\u00e9es s'attachent aux bulles d'air et sont transport\u00e9es \u00e0 la surface et \u00e9limin\u00e9es de la cellule, tandis que les particules qui ne sont pas attach\u00e9es aux bulles d'air restent dans la phase liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Si le m\u00eame ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se produit dans le r\u00e9servoir de l'\u00e9paississeur, la mousse peut entra\u00eener des mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9cieux dans le trop-plein.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque ces mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9cieux ne sont pas r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration globale du m\u00e9tal du concentrateur \u00e0 l'usine de traitement est plus faible. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement peut \u00e9galement entra\u00eener des co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires en r\u00e9actifs, des dommages aux pompes et aux vannes et des co\u00fbts de nettoyage des r\u00e9servoirs d'eau de traitement o\u00f9 les solides pourraient \u00e9ventuellement se d\u00e9poser.<\/p>\n<p>Les floculants sont des produits chimiques qui permettent aux particules fines de s'agglutiner pour former un floc. Ces flocs de particules p\u00e8sent plus lourd qu'une particule fine elle-m\u00eame, de sorte que l'effet des forces gravitationnelles est accru, de m\u00eame que la vitesse de s\u00e9dimentation.<\/p>\n<p>Une utilisation inefficace des floculants entra\u00eene des co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires en r\u00e9actifs et une op\u00e9ration moins efficace. Par cons\u00e9quent, l'op\u00e9rateur fixe une densit\u00e9 cible dans l'alimentation de l'\u00e9paississeur. Les op\u00e9rateurs de processus veulent cibler le pourcentage de solides le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en poids de la boue d'alimentation pour lequel une d\u00e9cantation libre des particules peut se produire dans l'\u00e9paississeur.<\/p>\n<h6>Pourquoi la mesure de la densit\u00e9 est-elle importante ?<\/h6>\n<p>La mesure de la densit\u00e9 de la boue d'alimentation dans l'\u00e9paississeur est importante pour le contr\u00f4le du processus, afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'utilisation des floculants et de contr\u00f4ler efficacement le processus de m\u00e9lange. La boue d'alimentation est surveill\u00e9e en temps r\u00e9el par un syst\u00e8me de mesure en ligne. <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.rhosonics.com\/fr\/models\/sdm-slurry-density-meter\/\">densim\u00e8tre<\/a> pour \"voir\" si la valeur de la densit\u00e9 est conforme \u00e0 la densit\u00e9 cible.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.rhosonics.com\/fr\/products\/slurry-density-meter\/\"><u>Densim\u00e8tre pour boues (SDM)<\/u><\/a> peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans de nombreuses applications pour mesurer la densit\u00e9 d'une boue. Une application typique dans l'industrie mini\u00e8re est l'\u00e9paississeur. Dans un \u00e9paississeur, la s\u00e9paration solide-liquide se fait par s\u00e9dimentation. Un \u00e9paississeur comporte plusieurs couches, la couche sup\u00e9rieure \u00e9tant constitu\u00e9e d'eau clarifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Sous l'eau clarifi\u00e9e se trouve l'interface, c'est-\u00e0-dire les solides et l'eau. Sous cette couche se trouve la boue et la couche la plus basse est la boue lourde. La s\u00e9dimentation est utilis\u00e9e pour produire deux phases en \u00e9paississant le flux d'alimentation entrant.
