Dans la plupart des sites, un broyeur \u00e0 boulets est couramment utilis\u00e9 pour le broyage, afin de produire des particules fines, et un cyclone (hydro) pour la classification, afin de s\u00e9parer les particules fines des particules plus grosses. Les principaux objectifs du contr\u00f4le du circuit de broyage sont de maximiser le d\u00e9bit et de r\u00e9duire la variabilit\u00e9 de la taille du produit et des solides %. Les mat\u00e9riaux sont retir\u00e9s du circuit lorsqu'ils r\u00e9pondent aux exigences de taille du produit et les mat\u00e9riaux surdimensionn\u00e9s sont recycl\u00e9s dans le broyeur pour un nouveau broyage. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, la boue doit \u00eatre surveill\u00e9e et contr\u00f4l\u00e9e en permanence, ce qui permet de stabiliser le processus et d'assurer des conditions de broyage optimales.<\/p>\n<p>Les technologies de mesure, telles que les densim\u00e8tres, aident les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e0 surveiller et \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler le circuit de broyage. Elles permettent \u00e9galement de l'optimiser et de pr\u00e9venir les d\u00e9faillances du processus. Lorsqu'ils sont utilis\u00e9s avec un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le avanc\u00e9, les densim\u00e8tres permettent de contr\u00f4ler automatiquement les vannes et les pompes et d'ajouter de l'eau de mani\u00e8re efficace. Les op\u00e9rateurs doivent donc bien le contr\u00f4ler. L'un des moyens de suivre les changements dans le circuit consiste \u00e0 mesurer la densit\u00e9 de la boue, ce qui est fait manuellement dans de nombreux sites. L'\u00e9chantillon de densit\u00e9 pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 manuellement est utilis\u00e9 comme param\u00e8tre pour indiquer si le processus de broyage fonctionne r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, l'\u00e9chantillonnage manuel ne permet pas d'obtenir une tendance pour un contr\u00f4le en temps r\u00e9el. Il est recommand\u00e9 d'utiliser un dispositif de mesure en ligne. Cela permet de d\u00e9tecter les changements en ligne (en temps r\u00e9el) au fur et \u00e0 mesure qu'ils se produisent. \u00c0 titre d'exemple, une application recommand\u00e9e pour doser efficacement les agents de broyage (billes) et l'eau dans le broyeur \u00e0 boulets est la mesure des changements de densit\u00e9 dans la d\u00e9charge du broyeur \u00e0 boulets.<\/p>\n<\/div><div
