anteriormente el an\u00e1lisis de procesos qu\u00edmicos mediante la medici\u00f3n de la conductividad y la tecnolog\u00eda de espectroscopia isot\u00f3pica de rayos X. El inconveniente de la instrumentaci\u00f3n utilizada anteriormente era (a) los riesgos de seguridad para los empleados, relacionados con su exposici\u00f3n a la radiaci\u00f3n; (b) los elevados costes de mantenimiento y funcionamiento asociados al uso de una fuente nuclear (is\u00f3topo) que requiere una manipulaci\u00f3n especial; (c) la tecnolog\u00eda s\u00f3lo pod\u00eda medir una concentraci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 16; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 16;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"20.8px\">Desaf\u00edos<\/h6>\n<p>- Reducir las necesidades de mantenimiento<br \/>\n- Ocupan menos espacio<br \/>\n- Eliminar la radiaci\u00f3n del suelo de la f\u00e1brica<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 16; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 16;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"20.8px\">Nuestra soluci\u00f3n<\/h6>\n<p>El analizador CCM 9580 de Rhosonics es la soluci\u00f3n perfecta para esta tarea. El analizador utiliza dos sensores (ultrasonidos y conductividad) para medir con precisi\u00f3n las concentraciones de cobre disuelto y \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico (H2SO4 y Cu++) en tiempo real. El CCM de Rhosonics ayuda al cliente a mantener las concentraciones deseadas y a cumplir las normas de calidad para una producci\u00f3n eficiente de l\u00e1minas de cobre.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 16; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 16;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"20.8px\">Aplicaci\u00f3n<\/h6>\n<p>El proceso comienza con tanques de disoluci\u00f3n en los que se limpia el cobre reciclado y se a\u00f1ade en diferentes tanques \/ l\u00edneas de proceso. El siguiente paso es alcanzar la concentraci\u00f3n adecuada de cobre, que se disolver\u00e1 con \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico. Cuando se alcanzan las concentraciones, la soluci\u00f3n (Cu++&amp;H2SO4) se bombea a las m\u00e1quinas de electroerosi\u00f3n y se produce la l\u00e1mina de cobre. Despu\u00e9s de producir la l\u00e1mina de cobre con el grosor adecuado, se trata con diferentes revestimientos en funci\u00f3n del acabado especificado o necesario.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 16; line-height: 1.3; --minfontsize: 16;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"20.8px\">Resultados<\/h6>\n<p>Tras el \u00e9xito de la CCM 9580, el cliente est\u00e1 satisfecho y tiene previsto no s\u00f3lo seguir utilizando esta tecnolog\u00eda en la planta existente, sino tambi\u00e9n implantarla en sus nuevas plantas de producci\u00f3n de l\u00e1minas de cobre. Informaron de lo siguiente<\/p>\n<p>- La tecnolog\u00eda CCM de Rhosonics fue capaz de medir dos sustancias qu\u00edmicas al mismo tiempo. Mientras que otros proveedores solo ofrecen una tecnolog\u00eda, como la conductividad o el refract\u00f3metro, para medir una sustancia qu\u00edmica.<br \/>\n- Seg\u00fan el cliente, el rendimiento del producto era bueno.
