No se suele dar prioridad al mismo tiempo a las dos salidas, el subflujo y el rebosadero.<\/p>\n<p>En las aplicaciones de relaves en las que se requiere la recuperaci\u00f3n de agua, el objetivo ser\u00e1 el flujo inferior. Pero en las aplicaciones de concentrados, la medici\u00f3n del rebosadero es esencial. De lo contrario, el material importante se devolver\u00eda al concentrador y se perder\u00eda recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h6>Recuperaci\u00f3n de minerales<\/h6>\n<p>La recuperaci\u00f3n de minerales se realiza mediante los llamados espesadores de producto. Los espesadores son muy importantes para la planta de tratamiento, ya que si el material introducido en el espesador no sale por su flujo inferior, se produce una menor recuperaci\u00f3n global de metales.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, explicaremos el funcionamiento de los espesadores de producto, en este caso de concentrado, y a continuaci\u00f3n destacaremos las ventajas de la medici\u00f3n de la densidad para el control del proceso.<\/p>\n<h6>Espesadores de concentrados<\/h6>\n<p>En los espesadores de concentrados, la alimentaci\u00f3n suele proceder del circuito de flotaci\u00f3n. El concepto del proceso de flotaci\u00f3n es que las part\u00edculas deseadas se adhieren a las burbujas de aire y son llevadas a la superficie y eliminadas de la celda, mientras que las part\u00edculas que no se adhieren a las burbujas de aire permanecen en la fase l\u00edquida.<\/p>\n<p>Si ocurre lo mismo en el tanque del espesador, la espuma podr\u00eda arrastrar materiales valiosos al rebosadero.<\/p>\n<p>Si no se recuperan estos materiales valiosos, se producir\u00e1 una menor recuperaci\u00f3n global de metal de concentraci\u00f3n en la planta de procesamiento. Este suceso tambi\u00e9n puede acarrear costes adicionales de reactivos, da\u00f1os en bombas y v\u00e1lvulas y costes de limpieza de los tanques de agua de proceso donde los s\u00f3lidos podr\u00edan acabar deposit\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n<p>Los floculantes son sustancias qu\u00edmicas que hacen que las part\u00edculas finas se agrupen formando un fl\u00f3culo. Estos fl\u00f3culos de part\u00edculas pesan m\u00e1s que una sola part\u00edcula fina, por lo que aumenta el efecto de las fuerzas gravitatorias y, por tanto, la velocidad de sedimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El uso ineficaz de floculantes conlleva costes adicionales de reactivos y un funcionamiento menos eficaz. Por lo tanto, el operador fija una densidad objetivo en la alimentaci\u00f3n del espesador. Los operadores del proceso quieren conseguir el mayor porcentaje de s\u00f3lidos en peso de la pasta de alimentaci\u00f3n en el que pueda producirse la sedimentaci\u00f3n libre de part\u00edculas en el espesador.<\/p>\n<h6>Por qu\u00e9 es importante medir la densidad<\/h6>\n<p>La medici\u00f3n de la densidad de los lodos de alimentaci\u00f3n en el espesador es importante para el control del proceso, para mejorar el uso del floculante y el control eficaz del proceso de mezcla. Los lodos de alimentaci\u00f3n se controlan en tiempo real mediante un medidor de densidad en l\u00ednea. <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.rhosonics.com\/es\/models\/sdm-slurry-density-meter\/\">dens\u00edmetro<\/a> para \"ver\" si el valor de densidad se ajusta a la densidad objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>En <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.rhosonics.com\/es\/products\/slurry-density-meter\/\"><u>Medidor de densidad de purines (SDM)<\/u><\/a> puede utilizarse en muchas aplicaciones para medir la densidad de un lodo. Una aplicaci\u00f3n t\u00edpica para la industria minera es un espesador. Con un espesador, la separaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lido-l\u00edquido se realiza por sedimentaci\u00f3n. Un espesador tiene varias capas, la superior es agua clarificada.<\/p>\n<p>Debajo del agua clarificada est\u00e1 la interfase, esto es s\u00f3lidos y agua. Debajo de esta capa est\u00e1 el lodo y la capa m\u00e1s baja es el lodo pesado. La sedimentaci\u00f3n se utiliza para producir dos fases espesando la corriente de alimentaci\u00f3n entrante.
