Una de las aplicaciones es controlar la diluci\u00f3n del material en la descarga del molino de bolas, para mejorar la eficacia del proceso. Otra aplicaci\u00f3n importante es controlar los cambios de densidad en el flujo inferior del cicl\u00f3n. Esto sirve para comprobar la estabilidad del proceso y los aumentos o disminuciones de la carga circulante.<\/p>\n<p>El agua influye en el proceso de molienda, por lo que la eficacia del molino de bolas puede mejorarse considerablemente con una mejor dosificaci\u00f3n del agua. En la mayor\u00eda de los sitios se suele utilizar un molino de bolas para la molienda, con el fin de producir part\u00edculas finas, y un (hidro) cicl\u00f3n para la clasificaci\u00f3n, con el fin de separar las part\u00edculas finas de las m\u00e1s grandes. Los principales objetivos al controlar el circuito de molienda son maximizar el rendimiento y disminuir la variabilidad del tama\u00f1o del producto y los s\u00f3lidos %. Los materiales se retiran del circuito cuando cumplen los requisitos de tama\u00f1o del producto y el material de tama\u00f1o superior se recicla de nuevo al molino para su posterior trituraci\u00f3n. Para alcanzar estos objetivos, es necesario supervisar y controlar continuamente los lodos, lo que permite estabilizar el proceso y garantizar unas condiciones de molienda \u00f3ptimas.<\/p>\n<p>Las tecnolog\u00edas de medici\u00f3n, como los dens\u00edmetros, ayudan a los operarios a supervisar y controlar el circuito de molienda. Tambi\u00e9n lo optimiza y evita fallos en el proceso. Cuando se utilizan junto con un sistema de control avanzado, las lecturas de densidad permiten controlar autom\u00e1ticamente las v\u00e1lvulas, las bombas y disponer de una adici\u00f3n de agua eficaz. Por ello, los operarios deben tener un buen control sobre \u00e9l. Una forma de seguir los cambios en el circuito es medir la densidad de los lodos, algo que se hace manualmente en muchas plantas. La muestra de densidad tomada manualmente puede utilizarse como par\u00e1metro para indicar si el proceso de molienda funciona de forma estable.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el muestreo manual no permite disponer de una tendencia para el control en tiempo real. Lo recomendable es utilizar un dispositivo de medici\u00f3n en l\u00ednea. Esto permite detectar los cambios en l\u00ednea (en tiempo real) a medida que se producen. Como ejemplo, una aplicaci\u00f3n recomendada para dosificar eficazmente los medios de molienda (bolas) y el agua en el molino de bolas es medir los cambios de densidad en la descarga del molino de bolas.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-image-element\"
